To all our Trucker Path users,
An error with Google Maps is causing some Trucker Path and Truckloads users to experience app crashes. We’re aware of this issue and are working with the Google Engineering team to fix it urgently.
UPDATE: April 25, 2020
The root issue has been completely resolved for iPhone users. However, some Android users may still be seeing some issues.
Suggestion 1:
For Android users, you will need to update to the latest version 4.0.3 for Trucker Path or version 1.50.7 for Truckloads that contains the patch to the issue.
Suggestion 2:
If updating the app doesn’t work, you will need to clear the cache and data to remedy the problem.
Step 1) Go to the Settings of your phone
Step 2) Select App from your Settings
Step 3) Select Trucker Path or Truckloads App
Step 4) Clear the Cache and Data within the App Storage
Step 5) Restart Trucker Path and log back in
Suggestion 3:
If the previous suggestions don’t resolve the issue, please delete and reinstall the app. Completing these steps should fix any problems with crashes. You can also refer to this statement from Google tracking the latest technical updates.
