Decent sized lot, almost empty mid day, mid week. Don’t enforce the face diaper thing, tons of places for food very close by, friendly girls behind the counter

Lots of room for parking, about 20-25 spaces, with a little work there’d be more like 30-40 spots. Only one stool in the bathroom so that really needs addressing! Restaurant across the street is not very good, I ordered biscuits and gravy that came out cold and the biscuits were only partially cooked.
