Overall rating
Ok so, I've been here almost a year & there have been pros & cons - that's with any place tho. Overall, I'm pleased with it. It's a small, quiet community. Certain current office staff is super kind & friendly & helpful. The maintenance guys are nice & helpful. They respond to complaints quickly & they go above & beyond for the most part. I wish I could get a working number to speak to an actual human. The automated system needs improvement. I also wish we had private/individual mailboxes. Right now, we can only pick up mail & packages from the office on Fridays from 3p-5p. Very inconvenient for most of us.
