This place is disgusting.... Don't stay here..! To call this place is terrible is actually a compliment...

Upon check-in, the first room I was assigned had not been cleaned at all. I was then moved to Room 221, which was in equally poor condition. The carpet was filthy, the chair was heavily stained, and the bedspread appeared unwashed and discolored. The bathtub was particularly disturbing — the bottom was black and looked as though someone had been cleaning automotive parts in it. Although the television turned on, the speakers were blown, making it nearly impossible to watch. The only item in the room that functioned properly was the refrigerator. In addition, I was quoted a rate of $55 and some change, yet was charged $70 upon check-in. This discrepancy, combined with the unsanitary conditions, made for an extremely disappointing experience. Had I not been completely exhausted after driving nearly 14 hours, I would have left immediately and found alternative accommodations. The condition of this property and lack of cleanliness are completely unacceptable and reflect poorly on your management standards. I expect this matter to be reviewed and addressed appropriately, including a refund for the night’s stay and corrective action to ensure future guests do not experience the same.
