Overall rating
It's ok. Rooms aren't bad. I didn't hear neighbors much. Cheap off season ($63-83+), insanely expensive during summer outdoor sports tourist trap time ($200-300+ yes I'm dead serious). Got a small handful of truck parking spots up front. The old Rivals Sports Bar location two doors east is now the new Food for the Soul location and it's pretty decent.
