The front check staff is very rude. They’re always on a personal phone call and it’s like dealing with the customer is an inconvience. I would mention them by name but no one wears any type of name tag or will give out their names. The room was filthy, had to take a towel and wipe down the floor which Apperently they charge 10 dollars per towel they feel is excessively dirty. I stayed here for 3 days apu was down not worth the money. They charge 20 dollars a day per pet. 100 dollar deposit good luck getting that back. You have to argue with cleaning staff about getting new towels, I was told my towels were too clean after using them for 2 days and that they weren’t going to give me new towels. The only upside is that they have full tractor trailer parking and it’s in a safe area. Interior check in area doesn’t look like it has been cleaned in a while, staff refuses to resolve any issues they would rather argue with the guest.

If you're hoping for a restful night stay on a clean and pest free bed and room unfortunately this is not the place to pick. it does have great truck parking though. I overstayed the 10 minute limit on denying a room. they did however have a sign that claimed they kept things clean. the room floor at bugs all over had not been swept the bedding was not clean hair debris. they refuse to clean the room and they refuse to refund my money.

Easy in and out for trucks, Grab a non smoking room and you’ll find good clean comfortable beds and updated bathrooms, and they have balconies++
