I was heading South bound to Crescent City from Grants Pass and was turned away by the Agricultural Station of California. 53’ foot trailers w/ Sleeper cabs are too long for that stretch of road heading South. Had to turn around and drive back to Hwy 299 in Redding CA and take the 101 up there. 😡 Just a warning if you’re thinking about going that way. Day cabs and trailers under 53’ are ok.
