this used to be Steel City speedway, but they closed it down 2-3 years ago due to competition issues with NASCAR. its now been converted into a commercial drop lot for major carriers. no bathrooms on site if you stay overnight except by the guard shack i think. doordash and uber eats will deliver, but are not allowed past the check in gate.
