We were several hours early and were able to park up in their staging area, bathrooms and vending machines were available. An hour after our appointment we were given a door. 4 1/2 hours later they unloaded their 13 pallets, lumper fees were paid and it took another 45 minutes to get our paperwork. Our dispatch warned us to be sure all pages were returned or payment would be refused on their end. So it was, they kept 1 page and when asked they blatantly denied being given all documents. After we requested them to review all other documents in their possession she handed back the page we requested. No value of our time or apologies for their mistake.
