It's parking spots at a warehouse. You book for 25 dollars a day on an app. Overpriced but almost no one here at 11pm on a Wednesday. I could not find a place to park for miles so this worked. No facilities but again a safe place to park on concrete with lights and a gate so it's safe. It is obviously a newly built place as of May 29th, 2025. So yeah, I reckon if you need a parking spot and are out of hours and option this is an expensive but acceptable last resort. $25 a day, $250 a month.
