I reserved a spot on 9/29 to park until it was time to deliver since I knew I would be coming in kinda early morning, I received an email telling me I'll get another email with instructions and gate code, the 2nd email never came, when I got there I called the # on the gate since on website it says 24/7 customer service (lie) but instead got a machine telling me to leave a message and someone will get back to me at earliest convenience (basically), it's been all day and almost midnight still no 2nd email and no call back, not that I need the spot now I've delivered and left, luckily I was able to find somewhere to park, but it was a waste of 27$ that I will have to fight to get back

Just call the number on gate. Will give you a spot to park. Friendly owner. Allowed me to do my 10 hour break no problem.
