  This welcome center might as well be a weight station because there is always a DOT officer now there is actually a DOT officer at the front entrance to the welcome center just sitting there and a white SUV and it is 4:17 AM October 24, 2026. This is a very big welcome center with plenty of parking but if you don’t want to be harassed or pull for inspection for truckers, avoid this place but great for actual passenger cars.
