I live close by. I see trucks parked once in a while, more during a day then overnight. I know for sure that tow truck is always near by. I was lucky that I was held by looking at a load for minute, midday, before I left, walked, to home. Tow truck appeared out of no where and driver said they are told to watch over this plaza and tow any truck and that I must go. I wouldn't leave my truck there. I am not sure if drivers are awaken during night. Also, long long time ago, many my friends and I parked trucks there. Two cops came to write us tickets. That was before Harbor Freight was even there.
