Lot is owned by the city now. Restaurant is out of business. City has this for local drivers only and the same guys use it and know everyone. Technically, no one else is supposed to use it for overnight parking, but no one is going to hassle you, unless you're a bonehead. The complaint is that guys are tossing garbage out and leaving. If there is no room for the regular local guys, you may be asked to leave. So? . That's how that works.

parking only, no restaurant is open. it says the restaurant is open when in fact it's not, not today anyway. how disappointing and annoying, if they're not open it shouldn't say they are.
