This is a huge dirt lot right before the employee parking at Ingalls. You take a left at the 4 way lights going into the shipyard towards the port and it’ll be on your right. You can definitely park here if you’re delivering to the port; I would ask the guard in the shack about Ingalls deliveries.

There is no parking down here. Delivering at Ingall and drove in to check it out. Tight employee parking that is restricted. There is a lot by another gate a little to the north. I suppose you could ask the guards if you can park until your delivery. Otherwise, there is a vacant lot between Lowe’s and Walmart on Denny Ave by L Y Buffet that has parking. Pilot 5 miles north has a Waffle House and a good Mexican restaurant literally right next to them.
