When you get to the entrance they say slide your tendems. Drivers open their doors, I didn't and it's better to keep them closed if you ask me. I don't like opening my doors while I'm driving through through tight spaces or driving around with them open, that's me call me not wanting my hinges loose or door damaged. The processes is good as long as you have you pu number the line shouldn't take long. Took about two hours from appt time. I arrived a bit early and was staged until I got a door. No complaints and there is a drivers lounge near the entrance. Bring your baby wipes😖

Craziest place ive ever been to no instructions where to drop or where to pick up. All they could say at guard shack was use the kiosks.. terrible place and service.

Yes there is ample parking here. If not on the outside lot, talk to the gate to see if they can let you stay on the lot. There is a truckers lounge on the lot. I do work here so maybe I’ll see y’all around. Wave if ya see me😀
