Doesn't exist or I couldn't find it. I went a half of a mile past the love's and looked down Beech St., nothing... The Valero isn't even built, but if you really need parking for a 10 there's a closed weigh station another half mile past the unfinished Valero with a big lot and should be pretty quiet. No cops or DOT and a lot of space.
