I reserved a spot here for 3 days. When I arrived, every spot was full. Messaged the property owner with no response. Called customer service and sent them photos of the lot showing that there was nowhere to park without blocking other vehicles. Customer service later called me back and told me “actually sir,the property owner told us that there is space to park” despite the fact that I JUST showed them evidence that I could not park without blocking another vehicle. I will be gone for 3 days I cannot just move my truck if something happens. Had to find parking elsewhere. They refused to refund me.
