Don’t park here! $20 overnight is a rip off. No amenities, no food, no bathrooms. No value

It’s an okay place to park. I was born and raised in this area and it’s not dangerous at all as long as you don’t act stupid. $20 per night, cash only. It’s a dirt lot and you will get stuck if it rains a lot. No bathrooms. Lot is not secured, there is a gate but has a dummy lock. Employees in the trailer are not always the same people, they do occasionally drive around but I don’t know how often. This place was originally meant to be luxury apartments but they were not able to get the proper permits. I’ve heard they are still working on it. But for now this is just a cash grab, so don’t expect them to fix up the lot anytime soon. Everyone working here is foreign (Turkish, maybe Italian), and they don’t speak much English. It’s hard to communicate with them. They are not always in the trailer, meaning there are times when no one is guarding the lot. Better parking but smaller lot right across the street at Yellowbird. You can also find some street parking in South Philly around IKEA. Overall, I would only park here if desperate.

👇👇👇 Yea.. That car hauler is all bark and no bite. Should have dared him to put boots on the ground. (in his case, probably flip flops). Bunch of Western European jerks have been slowly moving in around the area for the past few years. Be more concerned with your stuff coming up missing with these idiots around.
