No, it is still Sandy's Burgers, and no the parking lot is not owned by them. Some dude is riding his quad around the lot kicking up dust. Not worth risking.

NEW Mexican Restaurant!!! Big Parking Lot!!!

I was expecting a burger joint. It is now a Mexican restaurant called "Monte Cristo". The food was really good, the staff were really nice. I asked if I could park overnight, but the guy said he didn't own the parking lot and wasn't sure (at least that's what I thought he said). Anyway I parked overnight with no issues.
