Kind of decent, kind of sketchy. I called at 8pm on a Sunday night and they had a spot for me. $40 through a square link so I paid by credit card. there was a 24/7 bathroom with only one toilet. its less than a 10 minute uber ride to downtown Nashville. theres no gate that locks but there is a guy who seems to drive around and check on things.

$40 a night no amenities. Lots of broke down vehicles. On the plus side very close to Broadway and downtown Nashville. Convenient location pay via Zelle.
