  Amazing owners. They reply to texts quickly, and are very understanding. As the owner put it to me recently “we don’t want to take advantage of our customers”. Location is a little less than convenient, but good because it’s in the country and nobody is gonna mess with your stuff. They have cameras, and they do keep an eye on things. Nightly rate is $17, and the monthly rate is $170, but because services are taxed in Texas, you gotta pay sales tax too (6.25% state rate, 0.5% Coryell County, and 1.5% City of Kempner for a total of 8.25%). Some advice to those of us with modern, automatic trucks: stop at the bottom of the hill when you turn in and turn on your diff lock and turn off your traction control. The hill is steep and the small gravel will cause you to spin. Just take your time and you’ll be fine (e.g. don’t give it full beans up the hill).

  Great folks works with you. No bathroom or anything but can park your truck for about $15 a day
