It's pretty much what it says it is. I think it's more of a "parking area" than an unfinished rest area. It's a slab of pavement with space to park. No facilities but there is a dumpster on site. As long as you have food and something to drink you will be fine. Good views as well!

This place has been "unfinished" since I moved to Utah 14 years ago..lol.. The only bad thing about this place is that no one is smart enough to park "angled", like most of the truck rest areas.. They all "park along the *** curbs", leaving a whole bunch of space "unusable".. (morons).. you could probably get 40 trucks in here, "but noooo", let's just get maybe 14 or 15 in here..
