the parking spots are dirt and filled with deep pot holes. some will damage your truck tremendously. when I say covered, it's covered.

*** as hell, really needs asphalt or concrete to have actual parking my *** trailer almost rolled just dropping off the *** lane into the “parking” Lots of holes, only good for a 30

Parking is half soft ground, and half asphalt, so be careful if loaded heavy. It does have a dumpster, that looks to be emptied often enough. The exit ramp is a decent length to allow for proper speed increase before merging.
