Perfect scale for out in the middle of nowhere where there’s no scales. As long as he can do basic math you should be fine. Weigh your first axle weigh your drive axles and your steer axle. Subtract that total amount versus your steer. Axle and that’s what you drive. Axle weight is. Then weigh your whole truck and subtract your steer and drive axle together from your whole truck and that’ll give you what your trailer axle’s way. Free easy to use. Seems pretty accurate for what my BOL says. Thank you for having that quick and easy scale. If you need a printed scale ticket there’s a number on the call box that you can go into the convenience store across the street and get your scale ticket if you need to have one.
