I went there to scale my truck. sign in the door said that they opened at 5:00 a.m., it didn't open until 5:10. After I finished, I went inside to get the scale ticket. I asked the gentleman if I could get some ice and he said, "No, of course!!". I got a couple drinks and went to the register. I don't normally get a receipt but I took this one and I noticed there was a charge for $1 labeled "Groceries". I asked him but that was for and he said the ice. I said "Really? I just spent $13 on a scale ticket and another $7 on drinks, and you're going to charge me for ice?". He started going on saying that it was the franchise that was making them charge for ice that before when it was Indian owned they didn't charge. I told him I thought that was ridiculous and just walked out the door. If they weren't the closest to where I was picking up, I would never go there again. Incase anyone wants to know, they are not open 24 hours. This is a picture of the hours sign.

I have traveled this byway for many years and tonight I was told if I don't pay I can't stay , see ya later Ali Babba you won't get any more of my business or from my friends . This is why old truck stops are no longer around
