You have to wait for the guy to open the gates for you which can take anywhere from 2 seconds to 10 minutes, depending on if he's out riding on the golf cart smoking a *** or not. Then, after using the app to pay, you get the pleasure of fighting with the *** behind the counter who insists you pay him for the scale ticket you've already purchased (I need the physical piece of paper to be reimbursed by my company). "YOU PAY ME NOW." They truly are egregiously terrible, you know exactly who I'm talking about. This truck stop is honestly not the worst in the area, but that's such a low bar it's barely a centimeter above the floor.
