Not a bad facility!
This review is for the TA store. Parking is $22 or $19 with points. Laundry machines are $3.25 and $4 for heavy load. Hot food is $5-$7 and may be burned. When you walk in the store from drivers entrance, you will smell mold and the humidty is so dense. Mens room has one stall and two urinals. Grocery items arent stocked or are missing. Youll see banners for items that aren't there. Not like youll want them anyway, just pointing details out. Laundry was excellent. There are five washers and five dryers. Theres a drivers lounge. Not sure what showers cost because I only use credits. App says $17. Small showers with a plastic stool to sit on but large enough sink for most hygiene. Parking was relatively easy, yet somehow drivers in corners dont care to see if they went past borders into other spots. Also, they dont pay for reserve. When I came in, it mentioned 18 spots available on the app. Perhaps a quarter of those were Amazon trailers because you'll see dropped trailers when you go past the shop. But I had only seen about six spots open before I parked. Maybe drivers couldnt back in it because of an Mt trailer propped there for shop use. I honestly dont see how they couldnt. Lot is well lit and only one of the spots may have required getting out to look. Other than that, in at 6pm, lot full. Lines started filling to the street around 2100. Overall, nice parking. Store and shop needs work. Att network bars were max and 5G+ Shop has excellent mechanics but their cashier can't submit work orders properly or email. I only went in to lubricate tandems and they charged me $93 and was there a total of 3 hours. Over 75% of that time was because of work order and no phone calls being made by cashier to company. If friendliness matters. For some reason night workers in-store had more energy and knowledge than morning shift did. The guy just wanted to scan and pay. A self checkout would be more useful.
