Late night shift cashier (Teresa) She was extremely rude and aggressive in the way she spoke to me. Instead of helping politely, she used a disrespectful tone and made the situation uncomfortable. As a customer, I expect basic courtesy and professionalism. I hope management looks into this issue and reminds staff to treat customers with respect.
