  Absolute garbage. Avoid this Flying J / Pilot in Mira Loma (11053 Riverside Dr) at all costs. Pulled in after a long day expecting at least the basics. Instead I got chaos. Parking is a complete joke — almost everything is paid, and even if you reserve a spot on the app they still tell you the lot is full. Security walks truck to truck like they’re collecting protection money. Bobtails take up full spots, so if you’re pulling a trailer good luck. Horns, arguing, and people blocking each other. Whoever designed the layout should be fired. Showers are an insult. Wait times of 2–4 hours are normal. Booked one at 3 a.m., was first in line, still waited over an hour because staff leaves the rooms dirty and unusable instead of cleaning them. No soap, weak water pressure, towels that smell like they weren’t washed, and they throw a fresh towel on the floor and call it done. Completely disrespectful to drivers who just drove 10+ hours. Staff is rude and useless. Attitude at the counter, they act like you’re trying to steal free parking when you use points, and customer service hangs up on you. Place is always packed, lines out the door, dirty bathrooms, and they clearly don’t care. Diesel isn’t cheap enough to put up with any of this. This is the worst Pilot/Flying J I’ve been to. If you have any other option within 30 miles, take it. Zero stars.

  I wish i had option to give them zero stars, after driving for so many hours you stop for your break and then you realize that all the parkings are paid and none are free. Not just that the staff is super rude.
