Nothing is wrong with the overall truck stop itself. It’s the truck care that is abysmal. Checked in at 6:00pm for a trailer tire replacement, told at least a 3 hour wait or possibly more should definitely get me in because they’re 24/7 for tires. I explained I had an appointment the next morning very close by so as long as I was done before the time I needed to leave it was fine. It’s now 6 am the next day I’m at the appointment I called and asked for an update. Told 3 hour wait, must be constant backlog of jobs and not enough mechanics or the management doesn’t know how to train properly. We’ll see when they call me to go to a bay. I’ll be moved on by then but I’m just curious.
