  Pilot #415 off exit 4. First thing I’ll address is the reviews saying cold or warm showers. 10/14/2026 at 7:20 this was not my experience. Shower was more than hot, I had to turn it down. Shower 5. I reserved at 6:40 and was in by 7:20 started 6th in line. There were 10 in line behind me when I got to go though. As for the shower’s cleanliness mine was pretty bad, lots of dirt and stuff on the floor, trash can had trash in it. Mildew spots all over the walls. It needs a good cleaning with a scrub brush and then a better standard held for something that costs $18+ the mildew is just from a lack of wiping the room down during cleaning, I was able to literally wipe it off the wall in a spot with toilet paper so there’s no reason for it to be there, the dirt and debris on the floors and trash can is absolutely no excuse for and completely unacceptable for paid service. The manager, and district manager should be held accountable. Moving on the game room had several slots, all full at time I was waiting for shower. Couple people vaping. Unnecessary and disrespectful. Drivers lounge was upstairs, with the showers, decent amount of seats. Empty as usual. Yes there’s an elevator. The pizza, I’m not a fan of the self serve pizza kiosk thing, I prefer it behind the counter like most others have, just feel better about nasty hands not touching it, people coughing on it, who knows what they touched before they grabbed the spatula thing etc. parking is really only upside. Nice big spots and room for creativity. 8:15 now and still some room. There’s a pizza place next door, but it’s in with a vape shop 🙄. I don’t what sounds worse, vape flavored pizza or pizza smelling vapes? I’ll pass regardless. The tire shop next door looks like a dump but it cannot give any further info/advice about them, I won’t judge a book by its cover there. All in all, I’d give the place as a whole a D minus. I’ve been in far worse. But most are better.

  finding parking is easy else is garbage. food typical pilot and subway. showers, don't bother. slow and cold
