All paid parking through TPC but the store isn't even open 24 hours so I don't know how they go about enforcing anything. Nobody really parks here now that they've switched over to paid parking. Road Angel up the road and the other truck stops in the area don't have this problem. I came in at midnight. The store was already closed and there were maybe 10 trucks parked here. If parking is free for customers then why do you have paid parking signs all over the truck area and how does one become a customer if you're closed during the overnight hours?
