Steak breakfast was delicious.
Just came for a nap. Looks like mostly paid only or perhaps 50/50 paid VS free? Didn't use inside (shower, food, bathrooms).
Hey, so I’ve been here on numerous occasions and have used almost all the available services they have to offer here. Whether that was washing my clothes in the laundry room, grabbing a shower, buying food out of the Country Pride or snacks out of the store, Weighing my load on the cat scale, Getting repairs done on my equipment in their Tractor/Trailer repair shop, and completing my 10/34hr resets, you name it. And, with each visit I’ve made to this Petro, my experience was decent and have received great customer service from the lovely waitresses in the restaurant and techs in the Tractor/Trailer repair shop. Cashiers are a hit or miss but I ain’t tripping. But I am not a big fan of their overflowing trash cans, especially the ones behind the free parking row located on the far end of the lot. I’ve been here for almost 12 hours and the trash cans still look the same. I had to walk my garbage (walking is healthy) to another overflowing trash can, and then watch another driver go through the same dilemma like I did. The one thing I’ve noticed throughout many of these truck stops is that the employees who tend to call out or become a last minute NO-SHOW to work are the maintenance crew or porters. The People who are heavily relied on to maintain the cleanliness of the truck stop, who often leave the cashiers hanging. These are the very same folks whose jobs it is to also keep the showers clean. And finally to end this paragraph, y’all need to double up on your trash cans.
