One of the nicer Pilots I’ve been too. Yes, they have showers. You can’t reserve them in the app. The store was clean and well stocked, with an abundance of food and beverage choices. The employees I interacted with were all pleasant. The gentleman cleaning the showers was hustling. My only issue with the bathrooms is 95% trucker fault, and 5% management fault. As a newly renovated building, ALL the hardware was missing from this shower room. There was no fan, paper towel dispenser, toilet paper holder, or towel hooks. ALL have clearly been broken off by disrespectful selfish customers with no concern for the rest of their community that utilizes these. The 5% blame to the management is that they haven’t been replaced. Same with the shower curtains, those should be replaced and washed daily being under continual use. The shower curtain was nasty. Also as a note to management, whoever did these floors did a terrible job on the drainage in the shower. Needed more of a slope, with no lip to catch the water splashing out.
