  ⭐ 1/5 Stars — Terrible Parking Lot, Disrespectful Drivers, and Shower Issues This parking lot is TIGHT AS HELL. At 3 AM, some guy woke me up by banging on my window because he couldn’t get his truck out of his parking spot. He practically begged me to back up so he could get out. I backed up so far that I thought I was going to end up in a ditch. Even after moving, he asked me to back up about FOUR more times. Eventually, I just stayed in my driver’s seat until he could figure out how to maneuver his truck out. During all of this, he told me he’d buy me breakfast for helping him. Instead, he came back, THREW MONEY through my window like I was some low-class stripper, said “Get yourself a Happy Meal,” climbed back into his truck, and drove off. Are you freaking kidding me?! Not even a genuine thank-you. Just an incredibly disrespectful interaction after I interrupted my sleep and went out of my way to help him. I felt absolutely disgusted by the way he treated me. the parking situation itself is ridiculous. There’s barely enough room for trucks to pull out of their spaces without inconveniencing other drivers. The lot is poorly designed, overcrowded, and an absolute nightmare to navigate. And don’t even get me started on the showers. I booked a shower the night before and was already #28 in line when I made the reservation. I waited and NEVER received a text notification or shower code. When I checked the app again, there was suddenly nobody ahead of me, my reservation appeared to have disappeared, and my unlimited Shower Power benefit was no longer showing. Instead, the app displayed 11 shower credits. How does that even happen? Between the terrible parking layout, getting woken up at 3 AM, the disrespectful encounter with another driver, and the shower reservation issues, I'm over this location. I get that truck parking is limited, but drivers deserve a safe, functional place to park to get rest without dealing with this nonsense. NEVER AGAIN!!

  Someone broke in my truck while I was in the shower yesterday and stole my trucks CPC along with my ps5 and some cash I had stashed in the glove box. The pilot was no help and the cops didn’t seem to care either. I asked other drivers for their dash cam footage and no one seemed to have it. I don’t even know how they got in, I keep my doors locked. My company had it towed this morning and I have to fly back to the terminal out of Philadelphia and pay for the flight myself. Worse part is my company wants me to pay for the CPC and the tow bill. Im Probably done with trucking after this. 5 years was long enough.
