Every time I’m in Charlotte I stay here with no issues. As long as you scan the QR code inside and register your truck for 12 hour parking or however long you’re going to stay, you’re good. I’ve never had a single issue. Stayed here 5X already. It’s not a loves or pilot but it works ! Plus I don’t eat the food here I cook my own or get something else so I’m good !

Just keep trucking pass this place.. They will put u in debt no matter what u say.. They will Tow ur truck or put a boot on it Regardless of what u say.. DONT EAT FROM HERE DONT FUEL FROM HERE DONT EVEN LOOK AT THIS PLACE..THEY ARE *** THATS TAKING ADVANTAGE OF US TRUCKERS..DRIVER U BEEN WARNED SO DONT ACT LIKE U DIDNT KNOW WHEN ITS UR POCKETS THEY DIGGING IN..
