I wonder who owns the shop, how can they make any money with such a group of lazy mechanics, I arrived at the shop on Sept 11 to have an oil change done, the guy at the front desk told me it there was a 4 or 5 hour wait because they were busy, the shop was empty, I never received a phone call from them, at 9:00 pm the shop was closed they went home knowing there was a truck waiting for service, they came back next day at 7:00 am and told me they could not work on my truck because they didn’t have enough employees, really , I saw three guys at the shop just seating there doing nothing all day, I left Saturday sept 12 at 7:51 pm, they never got the oil change done on my truck because they were busy, how can you busy when there is no trucks in the shop, this people need to get fired, *** is Loves management doing, how can they make money with these people seating around all day doing nothing , I will never take my truck to Loves again, I will file a complaint directly to Loves headquarters hopefully something gets done to fix this problem.
