Unfortunately, I was sick an spent a full week at this Love's. The restrooms are dirty most of the time, the garbage bins overflow often and some never seem to get emptied, the store and the restroom has a bad smell at least every other day. It's like they're trying to hide a bad smell with another smell and both don't mix well and give a chemical odor throughout the store and restroom. In the restroom, soap and towel often run empty, water all over the floor, toilets dirty inside and out. Staff is mostly friendly but seems to need to be trained on prioritizing labor. On multiple occasions, staff is restocking the grill or the shelves, while nobody is at the register and multiple waiting in line to pay. This all is not up to the expected Love's standards. Showers are decent, but not as clean as at other locations. I noticed many long black hairs on my bathroom floors in the couple times I used them this week. Unfortunately, after my final shower, I saw staff cleaning the restroom floor with the same towels as they hand out for use in the showers. Disgusting. Parking spaces are spacious and not hard to get into. It does fill up between 16:00 - 17:00. As everywhere else truckers park outside of the marked spots often.
