$20 for parking is too much. I would much rather accept a condition like purchasing 50 gallons of fuel and getting free parking than paying $20 just to park. The owner is likely losing business because of this policy. I personally saw at least five trucks leave the area after seeing the sign for paid parking. In my opinion, this is not a smart business decision, as offering free parking with a fuel purchase could encourage more drivers to stop, fuel up, and spend money at the business.
