tried to get a shower thru the app said system was down went to the kiosk system was down asked the clerk he said it was down then looked at the porter who had that vague look and couldn't look me in the eye and said the system was down sounds like these boys were just too lazy and just here to collect a check I think The TA/PETRO needs to revamp their employees and clean house cause this is ridiculous I've been to truck stops that the system was down and they manually put u in a shower

No showers, no fountain drinks, no paper towels in the bathroom, every single garbage can inside is overflowing. There were hot breakfast sandwiches in the case but given the state of the place I'm not brave enough to try one.
