not sure about the no parking review...... the sign probably means DONT PARK WHERE THE *** SIGN IS!!!!! wow! obviously one of those kids that grew up with a phone doing all of their thinking and reasoning.........anyway........ very new and clean. many food options(all look good) I saw laundry but haven't used it yet. Definitely a fuel island and only about 8 to 10 designated truck spaces with a great view overlooking a pond and cow pasture. haven't asked about showers because I have a lifetime stocked up at loves and flying j. very friendly and clean. if I can get in here, ill definitely make it my go to for Beaumont. 🚿 Shower

Parking for about 10 trucks or so parking diagonally.. otherwise fit in wherever. They have a Dunkin’ Donuts full donut shop with smoothies, halal food including burgers chicken rolls and biryani but they also serve non halal too if you so wish. Lots of food options clean place definitely returning.
