if you gpt an issue with your truck pray you get a service rep and a tech who want to work..these fools don't seem to wanna do shit...and if you call they answer the phone but leave it off the hook...worse *** place to come to...good luck out there

I drove 50 miles out of my way for a PM. Checked in with the app an hour and a half before 3:30 in the afternoon. I saw no less than 5 working in the shop. Shop was empty. They couldn’t do it till tomorrow. I’ve been in 4th gear nearly every month but I for sure won’t be next month. But I will have alot of LOVES points.
