It's a pretty decent spot—just what you need for overnight parking! As long as the neighbors turn off their engines, it'll be tip-top 👌🏻 There's nothing remarkable about the store—it's just a typical flight of fancy from people in the countryside. And as for it being a little dirty, well, that's just how it is—don't let it bother you.
