Small location, but the layout makes good use of the space. The property was quiet & clean during my visit, with gated access to enter. The lot is paved, although there are some potholes to watch for while maneuvering. Parking here is PAID PARKING ONLY. Fuel was around $5.89 gal with no discount, which I considered a pretty good price compared with what I’ve been seeing lately. I also tried the BBQ and chicken, but the food was the disappointment for me. I’d give it about a high 2 out of 10. I’ve eaten BBQ in plenty of places while traveling, and this just wasn’t it for my taste. The food was bland & lacked the flavor I expect from good BBQ. Others may enjoy it, but I personally wouldn’t come back for the food. For a quiet, clean stop with reasonably priced fuel, it does the job. Decent-size location with a great layout and plenty, plenty of truck parking. The property itself is easy to maneuver around, but getting in and out is horrible because of the state road, so that was the biggest downside for me. I fueled here and the price was cheap which was under $6/gal, which is always a plus. I wasn’t able to get a receipt because the store wasn’t open during my visit. BBQ Country is right next door on the same property, and there was a lot of food traffic going in and out. Parking here is PAID PARKING ONLY, according to staff. Since I only stopped to fuel, that wasn’t an issue for me. They also allow drivers to drop trailers here, which could be useful when running empty. For cheap fuel, lots of space, and an easy-to-maneuver layout, this is a solid stop. Only paid parking and the shower are horrible!
