  I had a awesome experience here. When your clock is ticking you should be calling around to see who can do your trailer or better when you getting unloaded!!!! Even bigger places close cause of staffing or equipment n they never answer!!! I mean i be waiting at blue beacon for two hours most of the time!!!!! I was also told i can park for free overnight n wait if I dont wanna pay the after hrs fee n they offer free parking with a wash!!!

  I think this is a great small business who offers a service that is very limited in a small area. I personally would not show up to a facility that states on call services without speaking to someone as that means they are not available at the ready and need to be dispatched. Especially seeing that they up-charge. No answer tells me they are not available. However, I called, they answered, I got my wash. great customer service and fast with both arrival and the cleaning.

  I arrived here at 9:55pm on Saturday 10/17 for a trailer washout and did what the reviews said , called 30 mins before my arrival , no answer so I left a voice message stating I was 30 mins away . When I arrived no one was here , so I called again and yet again there was no answer so I left ANOTHER voice message . Another 30 mins passed and still nobody showed up or called me back . I then decided to send them a text message , which came up as an iMessage so they use an iPhone it’s not a landline or just a random android for work . Still no response (they even read it at 1:38am) . I waited another 20 mins and called for a 3rd time , again NO ANSWER . I eventually left at 11:30 . I sat here and waited for almost 2 hours just for nobody to show up , call back , or respond to any messages . I just think it’s very ignorant to advertise that you provide 24/7 washouts but when someone shows up “after hours” you waste their time and can’t even be a decent human being to let them know you can’t make it . I would’ve respected it even if you just didn’t feel like doing it and made up some crazy story on why you couldn’t come . But to leave people waiting with no word is pathetic for a business owner especially in this industry of business where our time , as truck drivers , is everything . And I don’t care about it being “one person on call” if you can’t manage then stop advertising and providing that service , simple . I’m local and will be sure to let others know not to spend any money with you . I’m convinced most of these reviews are fake to get drivers to come out here , burn time , then pay to park in their lot when they run out of time cause I just know I’m not the first person this has happened too . DONT COME HERE or support these ignorant people .
