Blue Beacon #39

What do drivers say?

Very disappointing service. I brought my tractor-trailer to Blue Beacon for a wash, and the entire job took only 9 minutes. Unfortunately, the results show exactly how rushed the service was. After the wash, I found multiple areas that were still dirty, with streaks, residue, and spots that clearly were not properly washed or rinsed. The side panels, areas around the DEF tank, and other parts of the tractor were left looking like the truck had barely been washed. I took several photos immediately afterward showing the condition of the truck. I understand that a truck wash needs to operate efficiently, but 9 minutes for a tractor-trailer should not come at the expense of doing the job properly. When a customer pays for a professional truck wash, the reasonable expectation is to leave with a clean truck, not to have to inspect it afterward and find numerous areas that were missed. This experience was extremely disappointing. Blue Beacon should focus less on getting trucks through as quickly as possible and more on making sure the job is actually completed properly before sending the customer out. I would not recommend this location based on this experience. The photos speak for themselves.
