Early check in is possible, but paper work will email you... when delivering many boxes on pallets ... receipt is given at the time of delivery.. the rest by email.

I arrived Monday 8/31 around 6:15pm. My appointment was for 9am the next morning, Tuesday 9/1. The guard called the shipping office to ask if they could get me in early. I was loaded with cans of beans, not something I'd guess was a hot load. They must have been slow, because I've delivered to Walmart DC's before and never once gotten in more than an hour or so early. Miraculously, they agreed. There were 4 other trucks sitting in the bobtail area waiting for their trailers to be unloaded. 15 minutes after dropping my trailer in the dock door and parking in the bobtail waiting area, they texted me saying my trailer was unloaded and to come get my paperwork. I consider this rare for a Walmart DC, in my 8 years of driving (not for Walmart). The guard gave me directions for on-the-street parking around the corner (see attached photo) and I've been here for 14 hours with no problems.

Arrive early, they count you late 10 minutes after appointment and the gate can take 40 minutes. Also 3 to 5 hours tops wait to unload. Other than that the folks are nice.
