This store needs to be re-educated on what the Receiving Door Bell means. Stood for 1 Hour in 16 degree temperatures waiting to deliver just 10 pallets. I rang the Bell multiple times (especially when i could hear them moving behind the door), my company alerted the store multiple times and still NO ONE answered. Finally had to wait for a smoker to come out on Break to alert him that I was here to deliver their products. I was out in less than 10 minutes of being unloaded cause there were 6 employees on standby waiting for my truck. The managers and employees are absolutely horrible to Delivery Drivers. They LITERALLY will ignore the Receiving Bell and Walmart Company Alerts, then claim the driver NEVER rang the Bell and Walmart NEVER alerted them. This store has ALREADY gone through 1 Employee Mass Firing a few years back and it either needs it again or these Managers need to PROPERLY educate Employees on what to do when the Receiving Bell is being Rang. Leaving Drivers out in extreme temperatures and forcing us to hunt down ANYONE who can alert the ONLY manager in the WHOLE STORE who has the keys to the locks is beyond stupid. All future Delivery Drivers, just know that you'll be waiting ALONG time for that 1 person with the keys to be notified that a truck is in the dock.
