Every time I visit this store, I try to give them the benefit of the doubt, but it’s the same situation every time. I’ve made multiple deliveries here, and they are consistently slow at unloading trucks. The store leadership is unorganized and shows little respect for drivers’ time clocks. The store manager is fully aware of the time window we’re allowed for unloading, yet still instructs associates to “let the drivers wait.” Traffic just getting to this location is already a challenge, but what makes it worse is that the store is never prepared when trucks arrive. The stockroom doesn’t even have a clear path for deliveries, which slows everything down even more. I truly hate coming here — and I know I’m not the only driver who feels this way.
